If Liverpool advances against Hoffenheim on Wednesday- then Coutinho is there the whole year. If they get dumped out of Champions League, then maybe he goes. But as long as Liverpool think they can make Top 4 and/or win the league, he isn't going anywhere this season.

Liverpool have money- it is about titles and Champions League. They need Coutinho this year- by next year, they can sell him to Barca, Can will leave on a free and Milner will be gone. Naby Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Thomas Lemar will replace them. The key is top 4 and the plan stays in place.
