Fish completed the Marine Corps Marathon in less than 4 hours today..... in unbelievably frigid weather.

Personally, I think he was crazy for subjecting himself to that weather for so long (in running clothes, yet), but he was determined to run his second marathon (and his first "major" one), and he did it!

He ran a marathon in under 4 minutes? He is my hero and should be on the Olympic team.

And to do so jumping over tree limbs for 26 miles is impressive.

That's what too much multi-tasking does to me. I've corrected it. But he can jump tall buildings in a single bound, you know.

I thought Fishy was too old to do a full marathon- let alone one where you have to jump over logs ect..... my bad. Good job!

Wow. Congrads. After my cardiac surgery, I can climb the NE 4000' peaks, but doubt I can do a mara. Perhaps I should start training.

Thanks.

It's actually the fourth one I've done over the past couple of years - they get to be routine after two or so. The only thing notable about yesterday was how freaking cold it was.

Driving home to a house without heat or electricity was far harder.
