This season we have one P5 home game. A good Purdue team on a beautiful day. The "announced" crowd was 14,000 with a good number of Purdue fans in the house.

Where was the extra support for the P5 home game everyone claims to be pumped for? It was all talk.

Wait til you see us play WKU. Oh wait, even they are leaving that conference.

How many years out do we have a schedule already filled? Is Benedict having a tougher time scheduling than we thought and feels the need for a conference for help?
This seems so odd.

Wonder if CBS isn't renewing us after 2023
I am starting to question if this is true. UConn would only consider to join a conference if we are having issues in certain areas right now. I don’t see why we need to join a low ball conference like C-USA

Only reason I can think is extra $, CBS may have said they’re pulling the plug after 2023 and scheduling may be drying up with more indy’s joining. Disaster.

Hate to say it I would show up to a UConn football game doesn’t matter who we play. I’ll be there.

I'm with you. Hopefully this wakes up the MAC and they offer us and UMASS football only invitations. I've been saying for a while that would be a fun northeastern league for us as we bide our time waiting for a P5 invite.

AD Dave is going to have to really spin this for me in order to get on board. My initial reaction is this.
