Ah, yes, the Stop N Drops. I've given many kids whose parents forgot to set the alarm on their iPhone a ride home.Also, many parents could care less, just dropping their young athlete off and going on their way.
In little league I benched a kid once for not showing up at practise. After the game his father came up and started yelling at me. Then he started bumping his body against mine, I think in an attempt to make me throw the first punch, which I didn't. Could have gotten really ugly until a few other parent came over and surrounded me.
So what's wrong with these types? I think it's because they are trying to re-live their past. Trying to accomplish something they were unable to do through their kid, and thus accomplishing some sort of retribution for their failures.
