Now that Ollie is the coach for the next 5 years, how do you think his coaching staff will develop? This is one of KO's new responsibilities, and I am curious to see how it will be handled.
I think that this is Blaney's last year with UConn, and probably in college basketball. Both Hobbs & Miller have expressed their interest in becoming head coaches again. What about K Free and Ricky Moore? Are they elevated to actual coaches or do they remain in basketball operations positions?
Is anybody from outside of the UConn family hired? This article, printed after Calhoun retired and Ollie was named head coach, hinted at one possible addition:

I am sure that KO has a lot of relationships with coaches from his 13 years in the NBA. Personally, I wouldn't mind to see us go outside of the UConn family and bring in some new blood. What would you guys like to see happen with the coaching staff in KO's five years (and hopefully more)?Sources said that if Ollie were eventually to get a long term deal with the Huskies, he would target Iowa State assistant Matt Abdelmassih as a potential lead recruiter. Abdelmassih worked with the Timberwolves when Ollie played in Minnesota and was the point man when the Cyclones signed current Houston Rockets forward Royce White. Abdelmassih also has Iowa State as a top suitor for Rashad Vaughn, the number one shooting guard in the Class of 2014.
