Among major schools, I think Pitt, NCSt, USC, Ohio St are still open.

Miss hired Kentucky asst Insell
Clemson hired UAB coach
Seton Hall hired Iona coach Bozzella

Any other major conference teams I'm forgetting?

You can go to Coaching list click twice on "current coach" to sort, reverse, then scroll down to vacant to see openings.

Let me know if you think I missed any. (I haven't added Audra Smith, because I haven't yet seen it confirmed.)

Nice.

OT - I think you or someone spelled Tom Collen wrong.

FWIW - I keep waiting for Naya Butts to be let go, but it appears it isn't going to happen.

I expect GG to be back somewhere next season.

Do we think she would be a good candidate for Ohio State??

Apparently she has interviewed for Ohio State, and USC.

Saw that InsideUSC reported that the top two choices for USC were GG, and Cynthia Cooper.

I imagine that if Coach G wants a job, she'll get one. Way too many mediocre coaches out there for someone not to give a coach with her resume a shot.

I wonder if the 6th leading shot blocker in CLEMSON's history ever thought about coaching

Doesn't seem so, but the coach would be upgrading salary and length of contract.

Much more visibility though. If you do a decent job there, you could more easily move up I'd say.

I had hopes for Agnus landing at Seton Hall. Still hope that she lands somewhere good for her.

On the women's side? Jaci Stimson and Amanda White are tied for fifth, so the record book does not least anyone as being the 6th best shot blocker, as Erin Batth is 7th.

Unless I missed the low-flying sarcasm plane... :-)

I'm hearing GG to OSU.

I keep hoping The Coach Carolyn Peck will land some where and off my TV coverage.
Padre, how dare you wish that on some poor, innocent kids! Some young basketball player could have have her college career ruined, just so that you don't have to hit the mute button! Really, now. ;)

There are times when sinful selfish gets the best of me. Besides I think God understands.

Howard coach moves to towson

When i first read this, I was thinking Tree Rollins, Elden Campbell or maybe Dale Davis :p ... but i assume you meant wcbb.

I'm hearing GG to OSU.

Ohio State vs Duke in the ACC-Big 10 Challenge 2013 ;)

.-.
Now that speculation about the OSU job has become moot, plus less notable wcbb new coaching hires, permit me to do an OT and mention what now must be the most-watched mcbb opening -- Rutgers.

Pressure from all directions, including the NJ Guv and the Big Ten, demand a big-time hire. And no coach touches that now toxic situation for less than five guaranteed years at bucks that are at least equal to Stringer.

I nominate Mike Jarvis, who had some very good years, now doing penance down in Florida. Worst thing on Mike's resume is that he (like Jim Calhoun) didn't closely monitor his assistants' activities. Give him five years at $1M/per (+incentives) and he will bring RU back to at least respectability.
