I'll trust you on this one. I don't know much about this stuff. Just that my PT said I can't front squat because my wrists and tris are locked up something fierce
Look in to lat stretches. Tight lats are one of the biggest limiters and this potential causes if injury with overhead pressing, which essentially starts from that front squat/rack position.
 
Every time we change the S&C coach everybody raves about the new guy. I like 'em all.
Sal was the head strength and conditioning coach for the New York Jets. When they were making AFC championships. He’s on a different level than our other guys.
 
Hope this guy stays he doing it right and the kids seem to respond. Get'em ready Sal.
