It is amazing that our guys are called for everything in the paint. Cincy never gets called for a foul in the paint.

Was it me or was it an MMA match every time we tried to inbound?

The only reason they were in this game is because of the turnovers

The great thing about Cincy is you are never out of the game, even after they make their run. Because they play "ugly" it allows teams to hang around. But they are tough as nails and give the Huskies credit they brought their big boy pants for that one……

Now they're going to have to put them on again and buckle up for 6 pm!!

I watched the Pitt/UNC game in the afternoon. Couldn't help but note the stark differences in officiating. UConn/Cincy by far looked like the more physical, let's go out in the back alley and slug it out type of game. Yet only a couple dozen fouls in that one vs. 66 for a game that was more far more transition-style and looked a hella lot cleaner on both sides.

I don't get it. Seems like if you're not handchecking but are abusing the other guy in every other manner, you don't get called under the new rules.

Then they force you to play ugly. And I hate Cronin.
They are like the old Pitt or the scrappy st John's teams that played rat ball in the early 2000s.

Nothing wrong with playing a tough, scrappy, style. The refs aren't Cinci's fault. We have to know how to beat all styles of play, so it is good for us.
