Still, McCullough wanted to make it clear that UConn is not his dream school, despite recent comments attributed to him.

Who knows if he ever actually said that or not. But one thing's for sure with all of these kids, especially the highly ranked ones...they want nothing more than for their decision to be a complete surprise. They want to hold press conferences and have the big reveal be shocking to everybody. Very few actually succeed, since the recruiting gurus have a lot of assistant coach contacts who pass the final decisions along to them almost instantly it seems. But every kid still tries to keep the surprise.

Again, by no means am I saying that we're getting this kid.
