Ouch...China closed the gap in the third quarter. Either they came out playing much better or the coach made some good adjustments.
 
Angel got the assist on that last shot, then China scores another 3. That's their third 3 this quarter....perimeter defense kiddos....
 
And that's it for Q3. 69 - 52 USA, and I believe that China easily outscores USA this go around.

What kind of half time adjustments did USA get?

Angel and then Dolson both get blocks on the other end, Angel gets the rebound and USA is up by 2 more via a bucket by Augustus

Whelan gets 2 and then Seimone steals the ball and gets the assist as Whalen makes a bucket.

Stewey makes 2 on a Sims assist, and the China gets ANOTHER 3

That's 5 threes by China this half....
 
Stewey gets another 2 on a Sims assist, China scores 2 and Sims turns the ball over.

Not much mention of Diggins...one would have to surmise that she is handling the ball better, but not getting many shots...hard to tell
