Very interesting to not that the first 10 had a total of 3 fouls through 15 minutes - one each on Bird, Whalen, and Angel. The last five players had five fouls in 5 minutes putting USA over the limit and leading to foul shots

It goes to my supposition that they are not used to this style of play - out of position, and making bad choices....It will get better...

I also think that it will depend upon which player can shake off these mistakes, collect themselves and get right back in there and be productive

I think it is also clear that the first 15 minutes of the game was about team USA and the last five was about the last two places on the team. Starting five went about 8 minutes in Q1 and then the second team came in for the rest and the start of the second Q. Diggins was the first of the rest to make it in at around the 6 minute mark of Q2 followed fairly soon by OS, KM, and Lavender, and then Dolson got in at the end.
