I think I predicted 50 points to 22 the other day, in the game prediction section.
 
Good win for the team. Team played much better defense in 2nd half.

Also notice that Natalie Butler was moving her feet a lot better on defense. She's improved since the beginning of the year.

KLS, Gabby and Pheesa are putting up enough stats to be considered for an All American team if they continue. Team will have to have a great record for that to happen.
 
Most interesting stat (to me): Lou took 18 shots, but only 4 from the 3 point mark. A number of shots in the paint were forced, but it was an excellent exercise for her to think inside first. (She also out rebounded Pheesa 5-4). She's going to put together a really steady, highly integrated game before long.

Pheesa with 2 fouls, Gabby with 1. Yes!!!
 
In addition to four in double figures, each player had at least one assist. The passing in the offense is improving.

Not worried about what they allowed in the second half, that was just dandy. But the lack of a stronger performance at the arc and the stripe will cost us a win, and maybe soon. DePaul is a quality opponent who makes other teams pay for mistakes and misfires.

And DePaul likes the 3. We've seen top teams go down to a lesser opponent that gets hot from distance.

AND----she got a career high in points. Nice 3 ball. Accurate passing---even the 3/4th court pass was on target--The kid has great sense of the floor, what her next move should be. I think I'll tell Geno to keep her.. Along with that other kid---Crystal something.

Yes. I'm not saying the kids won't win; they have before. But the margin of error has closed just a bit. We can't give points away.

Saniya missed a couple of very good looks, but otherwise played a good game.
