I know Liberty fits according to your rules, but they are nothing more than a glorified FCS team this year.
The top 30 teams could all get sidelined with mono, and the committee still wouldn’t take the Flames.

If Tulane wins, they are in.

While JMU didn't enter the year eligible for a bowl game, NCAA rules allow for second-year transitioning teams to make a bowl game if there aren't enough 6-6 teams. Florida State and Michigan have clinched places in the CFP due to being undefeated P5 conference champs.

Liberty is eliminated by virtue of playing in a G5 league and there being too many P5 teams left with less than two losses.

Georgia and Ohio State are eliminated by virtue of not winning a conference championship.

Alabama is eliminated by virtue of losing to Texas head to head.

Texas is the final team to clinch a CFP berth.

Though I originally thought SMU would pass Liberty, I think two losses is too much to overcome for the Mustangs given that the AAC was down this year.

Liberty will be the G5 NY6 bowl representative.
