A little more from the Washington Post. As noted, she had 28 in an 81-29 win. But the halftime score was only 25-15, so they blew it open after intermission.
Flowers is ranked #11 in the DC metro area, at 7-1. I believe they lost their prior game to one if the top teams. I think Boykin was held to 6 points by a box-and-one, as her team list by 25 or so.
Some of you may recall that she played at powerhouse Riverdale Baptist, in the same area. I'm not sure why she transferred. Coaching change??
