Stuck at someones house without CBSSN.

Lets go to sportsbar... do they have CBSSN on? Nope - is it just obscure enough that you have to show the employees how to find it? Yep.

Husky fever in Central CT.
 
Have the same problem up here outside of Boston. The bartender said he never heard of cbss.. so I am now the only one watching tv, choosing between NHL St. Louis and Tennessee / Miss St woman’s b-ball. Such a sad state of affairs.

One of the rare cases where the AAC WBB TV deal is not showing UConn. There was one last (?) week, too, USF-UCF.
 
So after a half hour of trying to figure it out they dont get cbssn.

i guess that explains why it wasnt on.

I can’t believe they weren’t watching the lead-in Holy Cross vs. Lafayette game.

At least it was a nail-biter.

Isn't it bizarre the mass confusion it causes when you ask someone at a bar to change the TV to something that isn't ESPN?

When I didn't have cable a few years ago and would have to go somewhere to watch the CBS SN games it was like talking a foreign language just to get a game on.
 
Dumb move of the week: bailing 1/2 way through godfather 2 to turn on this game
 
Last Sunday, I went for the CBS All Access 1-week trial, figuring I could stream Super Bowl, Temple, and Memphis then cancel.
Something named "All Access" doesn't include CBS SN. Why am I not surprised?

While it's true that I wouldn't expect ESPN on an ABC All Access if there were one, it's poor branding to put CBS in both names.

Fortunately, I remembered to cancel before being charged. Yeah, the worst.

In Boston, it's no problem. You do have to ask for the game of course.

Being buried on these channels does suck tho. One of my biggest issues with the American.
