Free after 6pm weekdays and all weekend long.I’ve never paid to park in Hartford. All around Bushnel Park is free. Never had an issue in over 20 years.

Penn Station is 100% the proper one to take. It’ll bring you right there and is only a couple stops from Grand Central.Even easier is to go from Union Station New Haven to Penn Station NY
As opposed to driving into NYC yes, but Penn station is the best option.Drive to a train station, get on a train, get off train and walk 8 blocks. And that's an "easy" commute??
Driving through NYC traffic and having to find parking all the time sounds like absolute hell.Drive to a train station, get on a train, get off train and walk 8 blocks. And that's an "easy" commute??
