>>More than half the programs from the seven most prominent leagues — the American, Atlantic Coast, Big 12, Big Ten, Big East, Pac-12 and Southeastern conferences — have been associated with some activity that could draw NCAA or campus compliance scrutiny. Not all of that would rise to the level of major investigations or sanctions, but several of them will.<<

Surprised that Forde managed to remove his head from Pitino's crotch long enough to contribute to an article.

Text messages entered into court portrayed head coach Bill Self as being in close contact with Adidas bag man T. J. Gassnola regarding the recruitment of prospects to Kansas, including the De Sousa recruitment.

Well I for one am shocked! Self always seemed to be such an ethical guy.

Love the hypocrisy of the media. As if their blameless. Between breaking up regional conferences to create the cartel and than throwing money at them........

The NCAA will absolutely take bold action to address its crisis of credibility.

Condolences to the fans of UC Santa Barbara Banana Slugs on their 5 year death penalty.

I suspect that the folks running college sports will eventually manage to kill the golden goose. Let’s face it. The “solution” will be to create a professional pay for play system. Ultimately it won’t be sustainable because it will lose its college association and fans will start to realize that they are watching an inferior product. After all even the Knicks would beat the CAA champ by 40. But at least they would play in MSG.
