Rooting for Duke because Cuse is acting like they have never hosted a big name program before. It's okay for BC to be excited the first time Duke plays at your place, but Cuse fans and administration are acting like a mid major here.

This game just accentuates how important it is we get into a p5 conference ASAP. The crazy ESPN hype machine is incredibly helpful in promoting programs which aids in recruiting. UConn needs to be playing in these types of games.

Yes. I am still laughing about the time they stormed the court after beating us in 2000 (IIRC). Of course, we were defending national champions so I guess they were paying proper respect.

I'm rooting for cuse for two reasons:

I want it to be plainly obvious that the big east transplants are immediately the best of the acc, I don't want the lines blurred with a duke win.

I want to see cuse in the regional final at MSG. A win tonight would go a long way towards locking them as a 1 seed in the east. I think we still have a great chance to play ourselves into a 3/4 seed which will allow that to happen.
