Yeah it is........maybe we can have less speculative threads on who the next coach will be now. I mean I don't mind but JC will not leave this team next year in the midst of APR issues and such unless it's health issues. And this sounds great.

I cannot claim to know what JC has planned or is considering but from what I do know of him, his final game as head coach of UConn will not be a BET game. If we do get excluded from the tournament (before the season even begins) next year, at a minimum he'll coach the following season.

Calhoun said two weeks ago that he doesn't want to retire. And multiple sources told ESPN.com that Calhoun wouldn't want to end his career in this manner and would like to see the new basketball facility built before quitting.
