At the very least a drive that should have continued without the fumble and a drive that had potential for points before the INT. A FG should have been kicked on another drive. Coulda woulda shoulda. Score could be closer, would have been, should be closer.

This game has me very encouraged for this team. If you ignore the first five minutes (first game jitters), UConn has been outscored just 14-10. That includes the poor decision to fake a field goal and an unfortunate interception in the red zone. Diaco has had some questionable decisions, but let's give him a little slack; it's his first game coaching. Without those lapses, we could be close to beating arguably the toughest opponent on our schedule. There's a long season ahead and we look to be on the right track.

We've shut them out in the second half. Put together a couple good drives. Definitely some positives. Lot of young hungry guys playing. Im in a much better place than earlier.
