And in the end, we see who won.Jacy Sheldon / Taylor Miksell vs Jordan Horston/Rickea Jackson.....Lol no competition . Not to mention Key & Suarez

Madison Greene helps that team immensely with her defensive intensity and ability to handle pressure when bringing the ball up. That, in turn, frees up Sheldon and Mikesell.OSU point guard Green was impressive. Steady. Very solid handles in traffic.
I will give the Vols credit for scheduling the game unlike the litany of cupcakes LSU will faceMaybe the Tennessee fans should spend less energy trolling Kim Mulkey on social media and more of it worrying about turnovers

Key and Suarez weren't even a factor in this game. Key's issues with fouls cropped up again. Saurez had 7 minutes off the bench and was ineffective.Jacy Sheldon / Taylor Miksell vs Jordan Horston/Rickea Jackson.....Lol no competition . Not to mention Key & Suarez
This is my fear. She's so talented, but I think that she'll be stuck on the bench all season.Based on what Harper said recently it sounds like Pissot is at the end of a very long bench. More experienced players ahead of her.
Rutgers will stress me out enough this year. At least for the non-conference with LSU, I can lean back andI will give the Vols credit for scheduling the game unlike the litany of cupcakes LSU will face
Now you’ve made me say something nice about Tenn

Me too. Tennessee may very well win but it may come down to the wire! People forget that Ohio St beat LSU and took Texas to the wire last year to end the season so they’re very familiar with teams that play an athletic and uptempo style of play. I think I’ll go with the upset. Sheldon moving back to the 2 this year will be huge for them and having Athletic players like Cotie McMahon, Eboni Walker, and Rikki Harris will be great for guarding Horston and Jackson.
Totally fair. The hype around Tennessee has a lot of eyes on them though. Their game versus Indiana Monday night will have a lot of people curious to see how they bounce back. They struggled against them a couple years ago. This was only the first game of the season and it was on the road against a decent opponent. I'm not counting Tennessee out after this poor performance. It's preferable to get exposed early and have the film on what needs to be improved early. I believe that's a much better strategy than going into the non-conference unchallenged and getting exposed midway through the season.
Oh I totally agree. I expect them to solve some of their problems but there are some issues that I don't know if they can be fixed because those players seemed to have peaked (i.e. Key being foul-prone, etc.).This was only the first game of the season and it was on the road against a decent opponent. Wrong…try againBased off last seasons stats ....the beginning of the seasons Vegas calls and Massey ratings are pretty much null and void .
