If I had to guess, i say the later!

I had high hopes for her considering MoJeff was her AAU teammate but I feel she stays in Texas. But then again, who knows.
 
It would have been nice to get Turner in Husky blue......But we can't get them all. If I had to guess I would say she lost interest in us. Normally we don't lose interest in a talented player like her.
 
From what Im hearing shes headed to Baylor. UConn was in the picture for quite sometime, and I even saw a tweet that mentioned " I guess Bri will be playing with MoJeff again." So now it looks like Baylor.

When you look at MoJeff Chong and Edwards UConn has some very tuff, fearless guards who know how to score. If you read Jim Fullers article on Edwards it says exactly what Im hearing about her. When she takes it to the basket shes almost unstoppable and shes very strong. She is a very good defensive player too. Sadies announcement came as a surprise to everybody that Ive talked to.
 
2014 verbal Calvert was the most recent PG on Turner's AAU team and 2015 Baylor recruit McCowan, who is frequently seen at Baylor games (hard to miss at 6-8), was also on that same AAU team. Turner's dad seems to like the PG connection, sending a tweet out during the Texas high school playoffs referring to Calvert as "my girl" and when BG dropped 50 on senior night his tweet said "enough said." Turner was reportedly in attendance, along with McCowan.

Baylor has a very strong tie to DFW Elite in Damion McKinney. McKinney is an excellent recruiter and is a not-so-common black, male presence on the coaching staff that fathers of black players can relate to. Rekha Patterson adds an additional presence of a black coach on the staff, which must also speak well to the diversity in Kim's staff.

Maybe NONE of that played in Baylor's favor. Maybe Turner just likes green (Baylor, not ND) and wanted to play where her family can attend each home game.

One of the horde tweeted that UConn was no longer recruiting Brianna Turner. Brianna's father tweeted a "LOL". He later answered another tweet and stated Brianna has not made up her mind and she's still got an offer from Geno. So who knows what reality actually is, but I suspect she's a heavy lean or possibly has given a silent verbal to Baylor. IMHO she doesn't end up at UConn, probably selects Baylor, to be close to her family. Still have to believe Stanford is still in the mix.

It was not reported that Geno withdrew Turner's offer; the report was that he's no longer recruiting her. There's a difference and Mr. Turner knows that. He may say that Brianna hasn't made up her mind, but if Geno thought he had a shot at getting her he'd still be recruiting her. If Geno's mistaken, Mr. Turner has his phone number. Somehow I don't think that call will be made. LOL. Geno isn't going to waste his time on someone he thinks has no interest in UConn.

Sounds like Mr. Turner is having some fun.

Who knows? Mr. Turner may be part of the problem.
 
I will continue to believe Turner has interest based on her dads tweet to the PG who went to UCLA. " I guess Bri will be playing with MoJeff again", and the comments about the fans not knowing what is going on and how funny it is to read.

I doubt it. He's having fun with his daughter's success. In the meantime, Geno is going to spend his time pursuing players he thinks he has a shot at getting.

Perhaps, but that comment, IIRC, was made a LONG time ago and so many things can change quickly in the recruiting of these girls...
 
Everybody here is hopeful, but Kim's staff is extremely tightlipped on what they may know (and they may know nothing), so anything of certainty or even probability is coming from fans hopeful assumptions. Best rumor I've heard is that she's announcing at McD's weekend.

Turner is announcing at the MCDAA game? I know that Small is, but is the same being said about Turner?
 
My BAD! You are completely right. Vicodin is a good thing . . . until you have to think clearly! Apologies to the Boneyarders (who probably knew I was wrong anyway since they're so knowledgeable).

Try Percocet next time. I always think clearly on that.
