Since his reign started in 1998, he has four championships and has missed the playoffs only twice.
Cons -
He's one one ring since 2000 while spending 2.6 trillion.
3 of his rings were largely due to the foundation left behind by Bob Watson and Gene Michael
His minor league system has been a major disappointment, in part due to his refusal to make tough decisions on letting FA's go (the exact opposite of Theo Epstein who horded 1st round picks this way) or due to him constantly signing big name FA's, causing him to lose their top draft picks
