What's interesting with this is that, as mentioned above, he fit into the program perfectly rather than having everything built around him. Monster 1-4 defender, rebounder and transition guard with great maturity and coachable mindset. Model recruit with a very bright future.

The way Hurley talked up Mullins is different than any freshman he's had here. He didn't even wait to see him practice first, I think it's a safe assumption.

to your second point- we need a transfer PG unless nowell starts playing 15-20mpg proving he can take the reins. it's the most important position cant leave it to chance. mahaney is also not a PG so idk why you have him as the backup instead of adams.

to your first point- adams is our highest rated recruit. i could see reibe starting over stew. and some scouts think furphy is a one and done which none of mullins/adams/reibe are expected to be.

Every time I watch BM's highlights, I think he doesn't look athletic and then he throws down a 360 dunk. Surprisingly athletic.
