Showtime yes(the Floyd signing + PPV revenue helped their boxing budget), HBO no, HBO boxing is basically in the gutter these days.

It's enough for me to forgive myself not knowing Mayweather.

YOu havent missed much. Just a guy who never fought the fights that mattered when they mattered, avoided the other best fighter of this generation until he was a shell of his former self, has arguably two losses, beats on women and children, spends more on gambling then on charity, is barely literate and gets credit for being a genius business man even though the true architect of the Mayweather empire is Al Haymon whose idea it was to fight flat footed Mexican fighters on Cinco de Mayo on PPV generating millions. Floyd is the worst thing to happen to the sport since the Mob.
