Bowl Games (Non-UConn)

He will. He isn't some jerk. Conservative and strange at some times, but he is a guy who respects the game and his opponent.
Aye, I hate the ACC and its teams, so for me to give any compliment is a big ask; when Miami scored the go-ahead TD, Christobal pushed off and got mad that he was bear hugged from behind by one of his assistants. He knew that the game wasn't over. I think that showed he did respect Ole Miss, even if the chances of them scoring a TD with +30 seconds left were remote.

That being said, ahem, I am declaring my intent to root for the BIG in the championship game. All glory to the ACC's tears, and f the U (can't believe one of my kids wants to go there 😫, although it is a very pretty campus).

If Miami would put a complete game together, they’d be a top 3 team. They have a lot of talent and a big payroll. I won’t be surprised if they put a B+/A- performance together for once and win the title. So many dropped balls, dropped picks, dumb penalties etc. Clean it up for once and they can win. I guess that’s a big ask, but it’s doable.

Agree with poster who said Miami being good is good for the game. My kid almost went there also, he said too hot! Ended up at UConn. Thank the lord

Ehhh I don’t think ESPN will let Miami win. It will cause them to many problems if Miami wins.
I disagree. They want Miami. It will set up a home game for them in the championship and give them more of a chance and save face for the ACC for ND debacle. Remember ESPN started the destruction of the old Big East with Miami and BC. Screw ESPN.

Now we know why both of Miami's lines were beastly.

Quite a response by Oregon there. IU usually wins on 3rd down, but Oregon managed to overcome that.

As a football fan I'm totally rooting for Indiana. As someone about to move to Oregon, I know i'm going to be a big Oregon fan just as I became a Gopher fan here. What a start and a nice answer

I too am rooting for Indiana. I want Mendoza to do great and win the CFP cuz most likely he's going to get drafted by my favorite NFL team, the Las Vegas Raiders...then he'll only win heartache.

Tough turnover for Oregon. Moore being hit by RB causing fumble reminds me of PC game where one Friar knocked ball away from teammate preventing layup.

They've basically given up two defensive scores. You aren't going to overcome that.

Welcome to the great PNW! There aren’t many Huskies out here, nice to have another.

People don't talk enough about Cignetti. Best coaching job I've seen in my lifetime in sports.

It's really amazing. They are like the Borg assimilating their enemy and getting better each week. hopefully this doesn't get any more out of hand

This game could get ugly now. Cignetti likes to pile it on.

I hope IU takes out every ounce of 100 years of losing football frustration on Oregon.....then Miami
I favor IU but was hoping for competitive game. And this isn’t that thanks to 21 points off turnovers. The only question that remains is whether The Raiders draft Mendoza first.
