I wonder who would win if BCU played Rutgers, honestly I would pay to see that game, it would make tons of money on pay per view

First team to get 30 fans to pay face value and in the arena, wins.

Too bad they weren't still on our schedule. 2 easy wins and we wouldn't have any bubble worries.

Done and done. Hearty congrats to BCU on making history.

"With loss to Clemson, Boston College is the first school in ACC history to go winless in conference in football & basketball in same year."

For an institution so supreme to UConn, they've certainly become an utter waste of space in the ACC.

Can the ACC kick them out? If they go, we get in.
A conference can vote out a school. (Temple was essentially kicked out of the Big East). I don't think the ACC would look any further than UConn. Similar geography, better market, better everything etc. etc. Extremely unlikely that it would happen, but we can dream, right?

Can't believe this is the school that blocked our P5 membership because it didn't want any competition in New England. How's that working out? It probably would've done them some good to have us in conference with them. Now they have no competition at having the worse seasons in ACC history. Couldn't happen to a better athletic department. Congrats!

BC belongs in the Big East with the other small privates, and the ACC can right the error of their ways by adding UConn. BC's glory days were 1980's and before, and have long past. UConn continues to grow and deliver athletic and academic success. BC's stubbornness/paranoia toward UConn has definitely hurt more than helped them. Just desserts!!

Should someone let the BC athletic department know that you don't get the 1st pick in 2017 by losing all of your games in 2015-2016? I know Boston is more of a professional sports city, but maybe BC hasn't realized there is no "consolation prize" for tanking.

Their 'consolation' prize is cashing the same ACC check that everyone else in the conference gets, less the effort and investment to earn that check.
