I grew up playing 9-card, but 6 is the way to go.

6 card only way. Play with the 6 you get. Best on your own 5-6 players but teams fun too.
Was setback until I moved to Wesmass then it changed to pitch.

Poker good too! 5 card or 7 card no wild cards.

 

[methodology]

6 card setback is the only acceptable form of setback. No throwing away /trading cards for new cards. You play whatever you were dealt unless you have a “coke can” (All cards 9-3) then you get 6 new cards and you aren’t allowed to make a bid

Teams or cut throat play to whatever points you want but got to bid to go out

I have to come up with a venue. It would probably be a 100 or 150 buy-in with one 50 re buy-in. Looking to get 10-15 people.

So, you're talking about a tournament? Might be a little too high stakes for me, but I'm listening.

The first go round was incredible. Shizzle kept trying to bet the small blind and somehow stumbled in to quads in our first big hand and took Whaler down a peg. @Bonehead @lavuuk153 Jarhead and a few others there too.

We’ve tried a few times to resurrect another game but never hit critical mass. @August_West either has a show or will be in the hospital

We can at least go through the motions of picking a date/location before everyone backs out the day before (as is tradition).

Yup almost daily, and yes I love 10 point. My absolute fav on there is 5 player 11 point call your partner per hand.
