How about if you don't call people stupid if your're posting about rules you don't know about. Outside the last two minutes clocks only stop when you go OB until the ball is reset.

Better to keep your mouth shut and let people wonder if you're an idiot than post something and remove all doubt. This loss is hard enough to take without having to deal with people who feel free to criticize without knowing what they are talking about.

Yes, I forgot that rule. Still stupid decision to waste that time out.

Diaco: games are not won or lost on a play, they're not won or lost by a player, not by people in the organization.
you Bob. Man the up and say you cost your team the game and then learn from it and move on.

I gave myself a little break before getting back on the Yard, but I think I need a little more time.

So let me close by saying shut the up Bob, let the kids field, or at least fair catch kicks, and learn how the to manage the game clock.

The only player who should have had an opportunity to run was BS. The correct calls were roll out and 1) take it in if there was the chance, 2) throw to an open receiver right in front of you and 3) if the first two options fail to present themselves, throw the ball out of end zone and repeat the play all over again. Could have had two, maybe three shots at a score. There is NO way in hell that UConn should have lined up in the "old smash mouth, shove it down their throat" formation. Throwing the ball got them back in the game, so stay with the evolution and throw the ball.
When can you start as HC? Every fan and observer saw the same things, except the guys on the sideline and in the coaches box!

How do BD's post game quotes compare to OK St Coach after their disaster yesterday? I'm gonna guess the OK St Coach took full accountability and has some level of respect. And BD??????????

Right away. And if every fan and observer saw the same things save for the coaches . . . WTF? Those guys should hear that rant over and over again, a small price for cheating everyone out of a win.

Diaco: In a petri dish you can look at it and "video game" it, and get two plays... but we were on the half yard line.

Diaco: now you're on the half yard line. If we throw, what if it's picked? what if it's batted? I know all of that.
What if it's picked? Well I guess you lose. But what if you don't get a play off? Run out of time? Same result, I think. But of course I'm not a head coach.

He coaches not to lose, instead of coaching to win. We are not Alabama. We are not FSU. Hell, we're not Houston. You have to take risks for the big rewards. There's no shame in failing, the only shame is in not trying.

If you want to make it into the P5 world BD, you have to push all the chips into the middle of the table.

We would have all taken positives out of the loss, after an impressive second half comeback, had BD given those players a chance to win. You could have run three PASS plays in 17s. You could have kept the ball in your best player's (Sherriffs) hands with a run/pass option. You have a 6'7 TE. You wasted a timeout to call two plays and the first is a run. Why??? Because you play not to lose. That doesn't win on the field, it doesn't win in recruiting, and it doesn't win in the locker room. Those players deserve a coach who lays it all on the line. He wants them all-in, but he has yet to prove that he's all-in.

Can't really find an argument against this post
