This is great news for the Big East. With Kylee and Jasmine Bascoe, Villanova will be a tough opponent.

Also, just noting that this commitment announcement includes a solicitation for NIL offers. I don’t think I’ve seen this before.

It's everyone's advantage to have the BE become more competitive. Besides individual talents though, these newly assembled pieces have to learn to play together.
LSU and SC are raking in the standouts but face the same task of forming a cohesive team. Some of the best players may be more trouble than they're worth, so good luck with the mixing and matching. I'd prefer not to see a mass exodus or ingress here at UConn.

I agree.. I hope that the Big East continues to get .ore and .ore competitive because we are a good conference.

That is the most significant defection so far, much better than in the last two years when the Big East lost quite a few major players. So far it looks like the conference is doing much better overall.

Didn't they have a bunch of injuries last season? I know we stomped them, but both Xavier and Butler seemed to have good fundamentals and played hard. Hopefully they both can add some more talented bodies to the team...
