9) Travis Steele, Xavier - small time. This is the second team in 3 years at Xavier that should have been a lock for the tournament and will not make it. Steele is an assistant pretending to be Head Coach.

Steele is one of those situations where they can wait for the coach to run the program into the ground, which Steele will, or they can make a move now. Xavier is not a terrible team, but Steele is not a winner and therefore Xavier will not be a winner under Steele.

Those two statements were from last March, and nothing I have seen from Xavier this year has changed by mind.
