can't wait to watch uconn lose to this putrid seton hall team en route to #7
Central hit a total of 0 threes. When is the last time a team hit 0 threes, furthermore when is the last time a team hit 0 threes and almost won? If not for 2 timely Joseph threes in the last 5 minutes, Central would have pulled it off.CCSU will win the NEC, that’s not as bad of a team as people think. They will compete.
Not the kind of local mid major team you want to open your season against. Providence got very lucky squeezing that one out.CCSU will win the NEC, that’s not as bad of a team as people think. They will compete.
People need to stop overreacting. This happens to every conference every year. Not the kind of local mid major team you want to open your season against. Providence got very lucky squeezing that one out.
They’ve said no to us about 37 times. Don’t be delusional.No. The B12 will work
Eastern Washington 31 - Colorado 25 at halfHalf of the teams are only beating MM by single digits on the same night in every conference?
I would put your phone down, shut the TV off, and go to sleep. It’s all going to be OK.“Half the teams”. I’m talking percentages. If you have 18-20 teams ofc you’ll have 5-6 bad ones. We have 11 teams with 5-6 bad ones. Be honest.
DePaul, GTown, PC, SH, Butler all suck. SJ is just competitive. And Xavier just beat the KP 248 team by 9. Stop.
Free DePaul basketballClutch 3 to send it to overtime for DePaul
Counter argument - good players at mid majors portal to high majors. Mid majors have literally no way to keep their top talent, or their top coaches. Yes maybe mid major mid talent develops chemistry, but that has a ceiling.People need to stop overreacting. This happens to every conference every year.
Experienced mid majors are getting better by sticking together for 4 years and avoiding the transfer portal.
Good points, but sometimes you get a collective mid-major who can make noise. Yale last year, UVM too. Others come to mind.Counter argument - good players at mid majors portal to high majors. I suspect as NIL swells more and more, the gap between high and mid majors will as well.
At least the BE isn’t the SEC tonight.I’ve had to listen for 2 years now how “great BE basketball” is. I just don’t see it. It’s all vibes lol
BE has consistently been in top 3 of P6 despite all of the other 5 conferences having biggers schools with far more resources.“Half the teams”. I’m talking percentages. If you have 18-20 teams ofc you’ll have 5-6 bad ones. We have 11 teams with 5-6 bad ones. Be honest.

Do you have reading comprehension issues? Where did you see mention of going back to the AAC? I said "have gratitude for where we're at" because it could be much worse.Who’s advocating going back to the AAC? Strawman.
I would have thought the same, and then we saw NCSt last year. Bamas top players were out of the portal too (Sears, Nelson) I do think it takes times to get them to gel.Good points, but sometimes you get a collective mid-major who can make noise. Yale last year, UVM too. Others come to mind.
Portal-led teams, especially high major teams, are usually not as good as advertised.
Gratitude has to do with you misreading the post, misstating that I suggested going back to the AAC, and calling it a strawman.No. Our BE mates need to be better. Wtf does gratitude have to do with anything?
Marquette, St. John’s, Xavier, Providence, Villanova, Seton Hall, Butler, and DePaul win.
8-0.
And Central was down their starting center who was out with a concussion and 2 SGs who will be coming off injuries in another 5-6 weeks.CCSU will win the NEC, that’s not as bad of a team as people think. They will compete.
