10-1 (0-0).

Creighton, St. John's, and Georgetown are all winners. DePaul loses to Purdue Fort Wayne.

Will DePaul win 1 conference game? There aren’t any other pushover teams in the BE except for them any more. Maybe Seton Hall?

Seton Hall and Georgetown are both really bad too. They'll pull out a few conference wins

The Georgetown line up with Supreme Cook as their post player has no chance against Soriano, Clingan, Kalkbrenner, or Dixon, and Marquette and Xavier are just better teams. I see 0-12 vs these teams. Providence with Hopkins and Carter is likely 0-14. That leaves 6 games against Seton Hall, Butler, and Depaul as the only games I think they have a chance. maybe 4-2 against that group = 4-16 BE

Confirmed that Soriano now has a three-point shot:

Your move, Donovan.

Georgetown is a weird roster. Just ten healthy scholarship players two of their rotation pieces is a grad transfer who was a depth piece at Western Carolina (Cam Bacote) and a former walk-on from Oregon State. (Donovan Grant).

Also, interesting that freshman Drew Fielder has already surpassed Ryan Mutombo in the depth chart (not saying Mutombo is any good, though).

Ashworth is so good man. He's a problem. 17 points and 4 assists in 18 minutes with 0 turnovers. 5/7 from 3.

That offense in general is going to be a problem. I have been very intrigued to see how Traudt looks in particular and he and Miller should provide an upgrade over Kaluma.

Big East basketball folks!

At what point should the Big East kick out DePaul? They provide no value to the league and haven’t really done anything since joining
Soon. If we have to, replace them with Loyola.

I am confused. Is it the school has no desire to field teams? Out here even Santa Clara makes an effort to field a team while the other RCC schools, St Mary's & USF, are always competitive. Do they just not care?

Maybe the big 12 will take them..they will fit right in

Crazy as it sounds, Brett Yormark identifies New York and Chicago as expansion opportunities for the Big 12.

Butler is thrashing their 2nd straight team. It's another cupcake, but it's a real good sign that they may be improved under Matta year 2. These big margins in non-conf could be difference for them being Q3 and Q2 oppt for us when all is said is done.

Their offense was a big questionmark before the season. Not so far.

Villanova and Xavier are winners.

12-1 (0-0).

KenPom spread 17, won by 35.
