Villanova -2.5 - I thought the baseline is home team gives 3 points. That spread implies basically a pick’em on a neutral court.

Marquette-5.5 - I thought it would have been more like -7 or -7.5

Can be closer to 4 for HCA in college basketball depending on the team and situation.

KenPom has +8 for UConn, sounds like the market is pricing in potential McNeeley return.

I think UConn needs to have some 1-on1 players that can break down defenders even with their sophisticated offense. Better dribble drivers can create fouls.
Having said that, I see what Hurley is talking about with the officiating. The Nova-Creighton game has been better officiated than the UConn-Creighton game at Gampel. Creighton has 14 fouls . I know Nova has better dribble creators and 1 on 1 players than UConn, but there's no way I will be convinced Creighton only committed 5 fouls in 39 minutes at Gampel.

Rooting for Creighton here so we can get 4 teams in the tournament. I believe Villanova would be a Quad 2 loss.
