I hate to do it, but I'm gonna post two from the same group. Depending on how you evaluate the talent/musicianship of a group, Gentle Giant could be at the absolute pinnacle. A few of them were graduates of the Royal Conservatory, and all played multiple instruments very well and sang pretty well. This one features interesting vocals followed by an acoustic guitar duet followed by multiple recorders, etc.

Here's another from GG -- The bass player hands the bass off to the lead singer (his brother) so that the bass player can play violin and trumpet, the keyboard player starts out on the cello and does the vibes solo (the drummer was playing vibes in the previous video). Unlike a lot of progressive rock bands, Gentle Giant didn't do everything the same every night.
