Yes. There's no reference whatsoever to her knowledge in the movies Godfather I or II. However, in Godfather III, when everyone is in Sicily for the opera, Michael tells Kay how much he had thought about her when he previously was there in hiding. She then acerbically responds along the lines of "yeah, and then you got married."

They could put that scene of Apollonia showing the goods on a loop for two and a half hours, call it Godfather IV, and it'd be my favorite film of the franchise.
 
Just a note...In II, when Hyman Roth was dividing the cake, shaped as Cuba, he asked that Michael get the big piece, as he was content with a smaller one. Brilliant metaphor. Too many scenes to have a favorite but would agree with the earlier post regarding Hyman Roth's lecture to Michael. The scenes of the Lower East Side were just amazing and DeNiro's performance was just phenomenal.
