  • hamilton, HAMILTON!
  • OOOOOOOOH, Onions! (shad v Washington. I have to include this because I consider it the best raff onions call of all time for the precluding oooooooh)
  • Just when you think you can't, you can and UConn is National Champion

"One second left....Burrell, loops the ball down court. George catches, turns, shoots and.....HE GOT IT!!! HE HIT THE SHOT!!!! AND THE HUSKIES HAVE WON IT! THE HUSKIES HAVE WON IT!!!"

Not sure i have that exact, but it has been 22 years....

It wasn't a legendary call in terms of a spur of the moment excitement type call, but one of my favorites, simply for the clarity of it is Meka on the line vs Duke:

If he makes this one, ball game.

I loved the call at the AZ game last year.."williams, for the win...no! Rebound, this is for the win...no! Game over!". Then seeing all our guys run out to celebrate.

That whole sequence was in slow motion, I felt like that and the end of the Kentucky final four game were the most tense of last year...I still get nervous watching even though I know the outcome

Love the play, but didn't like the call. Williams put up his shot with like 6 seconds on the clock. "For the win" means at the buzzer. Small thing, but it bugs me

That Arizona sequence felt like it was never going to end. You're telling me it was only 6 seconds? I could have sworn it was 30.

It also would've helped if Lundquist knew the name of the guy who took the actual "for the win" shot, which I'm still shocked didn't go in. Not like I've watched this play 5,000 times or anything.

The Hanilton call was great...even though I hate Dickie V, I loved his call right when Ray Allen hit the shot and Uconn won their first BET title. Part of that was seeing the jubilation in Ray Allen right after the buzzer.

"Kemba Walker has the swagger to take the last shot and the talent to make it."

Best of them all: One second left, Burrell to inbound...

That one was clearly the best. Heussler nailed it. It was so good that when ESPN shows the clip, they use his call and not their own. And he ended up getting fired for his trouble.

The "Just when you think you can't, you can and UConn is National Champion" call is stilted and artificial.

Probably not so memorable, but at the time and for years after, me and my good friend would always say, "Huskies a breakin!' which Nantz said during the semifinal against OSU in '99.

The Burrell call was great but I thought it was 'looking to inbound'.

Joe D's call at the end of the Butler game is terrible - for what reason would he need to clarify that it was a national championship for the 'men'.

No, that wasn't our first big east title.

I like the calls to Jim and Geno offering them head coaching positions.
