BK started as Director of Video Services before his promotion to Asst Coach in 2023.

Looks like Geno is looking to go that route again and not hire a new Asst Coach. This position was posted on May 7th and posting closes on May 13th. They obviously have someone in mind.

Wisconsin for some reason has never managed to have a good women's team even though the men's is always pretty good. Wisconsin is a great school and college atmosphere. Therefore, it has to be a lack of facilities and behind the scenes support that make recruiting difficult.

Well, I suppose that eliminates grandma DT who is old enough to be Paige's mother. Bisazzaire.
DT clearly stated she would never return to Storrs though that was quite some time ago.

Just because somebody may not have success as a HC it does not mean they are a bad coach it more likely reveals they weren’t able to recruit for whatever reason.
Right, and also they didn't have the support and resources they needed.

Look forward to imbracing Marissa Mosely again. A great coach plus she influenced Serah Williams to come to Uconn.
Was this always in the works with Kantor leaving?

Got the impression from reading the position announcement that this was more of a technical support hire than a pure BB coaching and training one.

You need to update your signature. You're missing two National Championships!
You are 100% right, but the mods/developers of the site no longer support such a long signature. so there is no way to edit it.

If it turns out to be Marissa it is at least 'interesting' that it would be a 'reunion' of sorts
for her and Serah.
Definitely not a good idea to bring Marissa back while also having taken one of her players, Serah W. That's a conflict waiting to happen. Plus, Marissa left Wisconsin under a cloud, an investigation of allegations by players, and many losing seasons besides.

What does this have to do with former assistant coach Ben Kantor?????
FWIW UConn did not "take" one of her players, Serah came to UConn on her own volition, after Marissa resigned.

So nothing about this for a while… will we get a replacement? I’m getting curious.

She's needed more in California than at UConn, considering the state that they are in under the current leadership there.
Lister is NOT on the basketball staff (men or women's) at USC!
