Red Skull by Revolution.

They have the best can designs going - they go glossy and bright whereas everyone else goes moody and matte.

It's an "imperial red ale" which apparently is a sneaky way to get me to buy a sorta IPA. Devils. The beer nerds will like it because they can use the words hoppy and malty in the same sentence.

What am I aiming to get?

1) A great recc. Fox farms is probably the best brewery in the state, though there are other contenders.
2) Fox Farm often cask pulls stuff - given your wimpy non-hop-forward pallette, hope they have a bitter in the cask. It's legit and wonderful. Else, they always have farmhouse styles which will be up your alley.

This beer is my go to on tap in Ireland. It loses something in the can but is still a nice, low abv amber/red with actual taste. Today it does duty as I watch the Red Sox under new management.

This stout gets a loud "Wow!!!" outta me, dawgs.

An imperial milk stout with coffee, choklit and maple syrup. There is a number of blending of barrel-aged milk stouts happening, too.

Unreal quaff.

You will find a way to hate it.

But, they a have a peaceful country woodland outside vibe to calm your nerves.

Every available brewski will be top notch.

Here it is. The Big One. The McRib of beers. Only here for the briefest of moments and then gone into the ether, like a dream come morning.

It’s the Busch Light Apple. Bapple. I don’t think I have had a Busch Light since college, but I imagine that this tastes like Busch Light with some apple. I recommend a serving temp lower than outer space, but at that temp, hey, it was lovely. Try it just to say you did.

All the college aged boys of my friends drink this by the 30 pack. It has its audience.

It’s actually pricey relative to the normal stuff, I think.

I also read that they’re coming out with a pickle version. They’re on their own there…not doing that.
