Still, the Cisco in Stamford has a great summertime vibe. Solid food. I lean toward cocktails there, since my beer snobbery won’t allow me to drink Cisco.Cisco has had a place in Stamford for a few years, part of an office complex on Canal Street, but the view can't compete, Stamford is on an industrial canal! For entertainment Jamie (and/or his Junk Show) makes rounds of the Cisco beer gardens pretty regularly, my favorite "cover/bar" band.
Perhaps coincidental, but dogs feature prominently in Cisco's merchandise.Given Cisco is my dog's name, I'm gonna need a can next time I'm out there. He's not snobbish about beer.
Not my preferred style, but if you dig Belgian strong ales, it’s a solid representation of the style.I'm over in Europe for work and was gifted a bottle of this. I'll open it open when I get to the states but it looks promising.

I've had the regular Val Dieu Grand Cru and it's decent, but not the Excellence.
It’s Cisco brewing from Nantucket. Whale Tale Pale Ale was always my staple when visiting Martha’s Vineyard. Please tell me this isn't the same Cisco fortified wine from the 90's.
As I mentioned yesterday on your Instagram post… I am HIGHLY envious of your Vacationland beer adventures. Have never tasted anything from Belleflower but they have been on my radar for a while. My haul from Portland, Maine's Belleflower Brewing. A west coast IPA and an IPA. Also, I simply asked if there was a single can rolling around and she threw in the Scrugsy because I was nice.

Bissell’s Here’s to Feeling Good All the Time remains one of my favorite DIPAs of all time. Bissell just brews such clean, beautiful beers.Wow!!
It's a #1 must stop for me, even if just to buy and go.
Now Bissell Brothers is on that list.
It’s weird that probably half the Bissell Bros I’ve ever had has been at Gillette Stadium. Trillium, Tilted Barn, Lawton’s, they really have a good set of options.Bissell’s Here’s to Feeling Good All the Time remains one of my favorite DIPAs of all time. Thought of you when Nate dropped this video yesterday. What a ridiculously gorgeous setting in Woodstock, CT. We might need to do a Boneyard beer drinkers meetup here in the fall….Grilling beer. Before the rain comes. View attachment 89749
