No, he was declared eligible by a judge initially for a specific period. Once that period expired and the order was not extended he became ineligible. I didn’t follow where this is all going but there was a trial date set gor late February. If that were to proceed and Bediako were to win, he would again be eligible. What if Alabama missed the NCAA tournament because they had to play without him when he should have been eligible? My view would be tough luck Bama. Would Bucky’s be “they was robbed?”Well in fairness in a close game it's very hard to quantify what exactly Bediako's effect on the outcome of the game was. The bottom line is he was ineligible and should not have been playing.
