I don't get ESPN 3 either. Please post if you hear that there will be a re-play in the future. Would be nice to see the celebration of a well-earned victory

Wasn't it fun to see them looking down and beaten? Hadn't seen that in quite awhile!

I usually hate that moment because they're just kids but I did enjoy seeing the ND swagger gone.

ESPN3 is on the internet - no ??
And depending on where you live, i.e your cable provider, you may or may not get it. In lower Fairfield county I do not (Cablevison). Depending on where you live it will ask you for the name of your cable provider when you log in (and where I live Cablevision isn't on the list). On the other hand when I'm on the road, it apparently knows and when I logged in in Durham to catch the Duke game it didn't even ask. I'm asssuming it's that same old tactic of holding games hostage so that you'll write to the cable company to get more of the various ESPNs.

Something to think about if the games go to SNY....

I have never been so prescient. Seems I posted just yesterday that I thought Kaleena was the best all-around player on the team. Then spend a miserable day worrying that I jinxed her. Now, some pleasant vindication.

Once again, 'Yarders, I invite your attention to that statement (quote by Rudy Tomjanovich) in blue, below.

You have a strange definition of fun. I thought it was classy of ND to stay for the award ceremony.

Nan, I'm sorry. Have to disagree. There is nothing classy about the ND team except their talent. Several of their stars (notably Diggins, Peters, Mallory and Novosel) have sour, arrogant looks on their faces a great deal of the time. Over and over I've seen them look as if they are entitled. It was a pleasure seeing them lose. And I rarely feel that way about UConn's opponents. Certainly wouldn't feel that way about Baylor and Britney Griner who plays the game well and with great sportsmanship. I'm not impressed by ND sitting and watching after the game. I think that was more the result of shock.

I'm amused by the disdain tossed at Notre Dame. Guess having the shoe on the other foot really irks some UConn fans.
The Reformation is still too fresh in our memories. :p

It's natural to dislike your rivals especially when they've been beating us. I don't like their style of play very well, but I find no fault with LMM. How many times now have we denied them the BE championship with no exceptions? Should we expect them to be happy?
No, they are a worthy adversary and a credit to the BE in my opinion. Foes like them make us greater.

Notre Dame has always been on an equal footing as Rutgers with me...

I've always liked and respected Notre Dame.....they aren't any where near Rutgers. The players may have "tudes" but the don't play hack bball......
