Not so sure that this is a Constitutional issue, but if you are going to call out the "ex post facto nature" you might as well throw in the double jeopardy aspects of it as well. In that we were punished twice for the 2008 year.

Well, it can't be unconstitutional because the NCAA is a private actor, not an organ of the state. But it's for sure unjust, which is why the prohibitions on ex post facto laws were included in the constitution to begin with.

Great leaders speak up for their team or organization. Whether they believe its true or not, or if they even want to, if the team felt that way a true leader must represent them accordingly. The ban was a team issue, not a Bazz issue and he used his platform to make their statement. People may argue or complain about what he did/said, but no one can argue the reason why he did it.

Great leaders are also great servants. And Bazz is one of the greatest.

So much respect for that young kid, no need to fret about him and pro basketball. He will succeed in whatever he does. He's much more than a basketball player. He's got the 'gift' (and I'm not talking basketball) and I surely won't worry about him.

I was impressed yesterday when they had Bazz and Giffey come up to the podium; Bazz over-ruled and included Tyler. A small thing that speaks volumes about how he has matured.

honestly felt a lil bad for Tyler during that moment, I know he didn't really contribute on the court like Bazz and Giffey did this year but if they were going to recognize the seniors who stayed with the program they should've called him up from the get go.

Yes, indeed. It's not strictly unconstitutional in that the NCAA is not a government entity.

I just pointed that out to say that the way we were treated (both ex post facto and double jeopardy) is so fundamentally against the founding tenets of our country that it should resonate among the media and the public.

I found a card at the parade that appears to be promoting a new "championship anthem", "Hungry Huskies". The logo on it has red eyes. The logo looks fierce with red eyes.

Sounds clearly like it would promote a pro-rape mentality.

I thought that was a classy move by Bazz. The national media kept on mentioning how Bazz and Giffey are the only two time Husky NCs, but even though Tyler didn't get into the final game he's the third member of that exclusive club.
