My preference are butts, but jugs are nice too.
Why?Looks like it will never get off the ground
Why?
The Jug was the idea of that NIL collective that UMass is no longer working with. No idea what happened between them, but that trophy wasn't from the UMass athletic department. Seems to me that the FightingMassachusetts twitter doesn't understand that.
Rivalries generate interest. Interest generates eyeballs. UMass should embrace it, even if they think it is stupid.
I'm on the other side of it.Personally I see that as a mistake on Mora's part. He shouldn't acknowledge its existence.
Because it was a gimmick to inspire umass to win. Once uconn won it lost all importanceWhy?
That brings up an interesting point. UMass may not be working with that collective, but it doesn't mean the collective has to close up shop, does it?The Jug was the idea of that NIL collective that UMass is no longer working with. No. There is no legal reason they can’t offer students money for NIL deals if they sign with UMass. That brings up an interesting point. UMass may not be working with that collective, but it doesn't mean the collective has to close up shop, does it?
Personally, it amuses me to think of Mora after the game saying "give me the dang trophy bitches"Personally I see that as a mistake on Mora's part. He shouldn't acknowledge its existence.
If it were something that resembled a real trophy, maybe, but that thing looks like a spitoon that a third grader made in arts & crafts at summer camp.Personally, it amuses me to think of Mora after the game saying "give me the dang trophy bitches"

Yeah, but at least we didn't start this one.We have a knack for amusing the rest of the country with makeshift rivalry trophy confusion & controversies.
