Rohrssen is close with Heron's father, and was listed as the main reason Mustapha committed to Pitt. Just pure speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Heron take a hard look at the conveniently located national champs.

or he could end up at freakin Kentucky

Another interesting part of this is that Rohrssen was also the key for Diallo at Pitt.

Isn't Rohrssen one of the more "connected" recruiting asst coaches around? Sounds crazy to say, but Kentucky's recruiting just got better.

Heron is a great kid and his father has a great reputation. He has helped many kids throughout Waterbury.

Heron is a good kid, but has been to 3 schools in 2 years. I predict he will transfer out of Sacred Heart in Wtby and be at Brewster Academy, in New Hampshire next year. We want someone who is 10 toes in!!!

Hmmm

That Orlando Antigua must have been good. Now, that brought in this Slice character. (failed as a HC at Manhattan)

Heron loves what shhs offers him. His step brother is attending shhs next year. Shhs is also playing in hoop hall next year which his father helped set up. No way he leaves next year. Go somewhere else with that bs.

Kid wants to go to Maloney HS next year but Pitt won't allow it……maybe that changes!

Just the name "Slice" makes me laugh. Awesome nickname.

I was very unimpressed by Heron in the CT state title game. Was just towering over kids and couldn't get to the rim and/or hit any shots.

I know he's young, and he is an absolute BEAST physically.

Just not sold on his game.
