Saw that - is a tad weird it hasn't happened yet, as it would have seemed to be one of the more obvious.

Really? I don't understand it at all. We are 9 deep with him, 8 without him, and Im sorry I watched the top recruit's championship HS game, and people are way way way way ahead of themselves if they believe he is a replacement now. He may one day become a great player for us, and I believe he will, but that's a huge drop off. Offensively AND defensively.

I didn't read your post properly. I'm not sure I agree with the assessment. I actually think the roster rearrangement would make us stronger, bigger and more versatile.

I saw him get driven on and a few matador defense plays. I saw players swatting away his inside stuff. I saw questionable hands. All this can be fixed. Because he's a frosh and will have great coaches helping him.

Add to this that he won't know the offense and it's a big downgrade. Eventually he'll be better, but not for next season.

Scoe contradicted Zanetto in a post a few minutes ago.

In a lot of ways it makes sense. The chronology of the announcements......

Would be tough to swallow, but also see the "why".

Ok I guess I didn't see that part. I know what you are talking about and Zanetto is so disconnected from UConn bball I wouldn't take anything he says as truth.
