Instead of you all wasting your time on who's AWFUL, maybe you should try to help fix the problem by writing the NCAA and have them put some guidelines on NIL, the Portal and Conference realignment?

Your Huskies still right at bubble. Good finish & Big10 tourney and you may be in. Need to hope for no bid stealers.
The Huskies--as in, 14-12 Washington Huskies? :confused:

They stink. I have a hard time seeing them finishing out strong. They desperately needed that Southern Cal game but, predictably, they fumbled it away. I just can't see that team going on the road to beat Nebraska AND Minnesota in a span of four games. If they were to manage that, they might actually knock Minnesota out (assuming Minnesota continues to slide).

Latasha Lattimore (played for Miami last season and the year before that) is averaging about 15 ppg and 9 rpg for UVA and has another year of eligibility (if she wants to use it).
@cancontent

Lattimore has been effusive on how UVA's Coach Mox has been straight forward and tough with her. Since a non-appearance during the ND game, Lattimore has played very well. Coach Mox should advise her to hang around Charlottesville one more year to get better and build up her skills/resume for the 2026 draft that will have two more teams choosing (after a new CBA deal).

Appreciate the insight. She needed some tough love from someone. From what I remember during high school and AAU, she was coddled. Not sure if she has any more eligibility. Thought Miami would apply for an exemption when she suffered the ACL when she first transfered there but her profile doesn't reference her being a redshirt.

Syracuse is a huge disappointment this season after what they did last year. Watching them consistently lose winnable games to “lesser” teams has been exhausting. They just look completely lost out on the floor. Not sure how much of that is on the coaches and how much of it is on the players (and their talent level/basketball IQ).

What a shame. I’ve been regretting my season ticket (with floor upgrade) purchase since November.

Not sure what it will take to right the ship.
From an opposition standpoint, I've also been perplexed and a bit disappointed in the "Cuse this year.

On one hand, they lost two players to eligibility, Alaina Rice and, of course, Dyaisha Fair who was the leader and go-to everything for that team. Howver, they also lost forward Alyssa Latham who had a stellar freshman year and looked set to have Liatu King-like performances for the Orange. But she transferred to another team that wears orange, Tennessee. Not sure this has benefitted she or the 'Cuse in that she only plays 13 minutes per game in Knoxville.

But this doesn't explain the lack of cohesiveness that you (and I) have witnessed. I might suggest that the absence of Sue Ludwig on the bench could also be a factor. Ludwig was a great high school coach who joined Legette-Jack when Coach Jack took over the reins. Don't know what role she played per se, but the team just looks off on details, something a former high school coach would stress.

Coach Legette-Jack will lose some more players after this year. She's got Sophie Burrows retuning, who has skills and moxie, but who will fill in the blanks?

Yeah, there are teams that have a hard time winning games, and then there are teams that seem just about incapable of beating anyone. Several different levels of bad.

Looks like CSUB has a first year head coach, so probably isn't going to get fired already. Only the 4th coach in program history. Apparently they were fairly successful in D2. Some schools probably shouldn't move up to D1, this being a prime example.

Previous head coach is the father of former Stanford player Erica McCall. He lasted 13 years
Greg McCall also DeWanna Bonner’s father.
