I feel like this is true, but apparently Johnson's been very involved in the AAU scene over the last couple of years (his kid was a freshman at Texas A&M this past year). If he can bring in a top recruiter with connections, I could see this working out relatively well.This is a 'we are completely out of ideas and options' kind of move.
