Definitely not. I was very high on Koval until her recent play. Never been that high on Thomas. Put me firmly on the Heiden bandwagon.
I think I’ve had some doubts about Thomas, especially after seeing the video of her playing against Sarah Strong. She looks good against lesser (and smaller) players. But she seemed helpless against Strong.

Did you see what Strong did to, at the time I believe, #1 Joyce Edwards at the 3x3 trials?

That would be a class for the ages!
Just throwing some alternatives for consideration the point being '24 is going to be a LOADED class
PG Jaloni Cambridge/Britt Prince
SG Imari Berry/Morgan Cheli
F Kennedy Smith/ Kendall Dudley/Mackenly Randolph
P Kennedy Ume/ Kate Koval

New mutual follow by Morgan. 2022 PG from Portugal who played in the U18 tournament.

Worth checking out. #8 in green for Portugal.

Excellent video. She's got some of Nika's virtues -- not such a fierce defender, but a similar 3 pt shot, and a good passer -- and she's clearly a better finisher on the lane with some good creativity.

From what I see is that UConn has offered scholarships to the following young ladies.

Class of 2024 -- ESPN -- #9 Allie Ziebel -- G -- 5'10" -- from Wisconsin
Class of 2024 -- ESPN -- #38 Imari Berry -- G -- 5'10" -- from Tennessee
Class of 2025 -- ESPN -- #5 ZaKiyah Johnson -- G -- 5'11" -- from Kentucky

Can't ever have enough guards. Have any offers gone out to post players?

I believe Olson has an offer as well?

Mdoggie and Cuango both mentioned Olivia Olson. I must of missed the post about this or it didn't have it's own thread like the three that I had mentioned. Thank you! -- Still need Post Players...

ASGR's latest rankings have Qadence Samuels at a high of #17 in 2023. They have UConn's 2023 class ranked 2nd to Arizona at the moment.

After lengthy deliberations, All-Star Girls Report has Arizona ranked No. 1 in its first version of 2023 recruiting classes. UConn is No. 2.

...

For now, though, UConn’s class is looking like it could be special. It’s highlighted by ASGR’s top-ranked point guard for 2023. That’s Kamorea “K.K.’’ Arnold, who is ranked No. 8 overall.

“In this day and age, it’s about versatility, unless you’re a true point or a true post,’’ Altenhofen said. “K.K. is definitely a true point guard.’’

UConn also has commitments from two other players in ASGR’s top 20 who is ranked (No. 11) — shooting guard Ashlynn Shade and wing Qadence Samuels (No. 17).
