That's what I thought, if Jackson is planning on committing in Sept(not sure if that is what she means by "big news") then that doesn't bode well for UConn. It is very tough to get those Texas kids away from Baylor and Texas.

Only 3 of the ESPN top 60 players '22 have committed therefore I don't believe Ashlon is talking about committing next month. A down select Top 5 or 10 would make more sense. I'm not as benevolent @Carnac if she goes to Baylor, ND or Texas I won't be following her career.

BTW, his real name is the same as my father’s real name. My dad had a sense of humor, but he was no Dangerfield. If anything he was more like the Crystal variety of Dangerfield. He played one game of pro football as a punter in the predecessor to the NFL and played what was called semi-pro baseball for a few years.
